When you send an enquiry we receive your name, WhatsApp number and message, along with your role and, if you give them, your company and email address.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to continue the conversation with you, including by WhatsApp.
Who handles it
Enquiries are stored using Google services and may be passed to our team through email and WhatsApp, which is provided by Meta. These services may process data outside Saudi Arabia. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting discussions.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time by sending a message through our contact form.
